We currently deliver within South Africa. International shipping availability will be communicated on the website as it becomes available.

6.2 Delivery Timeframes

All Noli Blankkies products are handcrafted to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for production, followed by 3–7 business days for standard delivery from the date of order confirmation. Delivery to remote or outlying areas may take longer. Noli Blankkies is not liable for delays caused by courier service failures, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.

6.3 Shipping Costs

Delivery is included in the price displayed on the website. The total you pay at checkout is the total amount due, with no additional shipping charges added at order placement.

6.4 Risk & Ownership

Ownership and risk of the product pass to the customer upon delivery and receipt of the goods.

7. Returns & Exchanges

7.1 Return Window

You may return an item within 14 days of delivery, provided it meets the conditions below.

7.2 Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be:

• Unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
• In its original packaging with all tags intact
• Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt)
