WhatsApp Contact Form

Our Contact page opens a pre-filled WhatsApp message containing the name, email, phone number, and message you submit. When you tap Send Message, your browser hands those fields to WhatsApp via a wa.me deep link. WhatsApp (operated by Meta Platforms Inc.) processes the message in transit and stores it on your device and on our WhatsApp Business account in line with their own privacy terms (whatsapp.com/legal/privacy-policy). On our side, the message is retained in our WhatsApp Business chat history for up to 24 months to support customer-service continuity (returns, repeat orders, order disputes), after which it is deleted. You can request deletion sooner by emailing info@noli-blankkies.co.za.

Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information from unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. All payment transactions are processed through a secure, PCI-compliant online payment gateway. We do not store your card details or banking credentials.
